Meet Diane

​​

My journey to wellness began at just 16, when I entered long-term rehab to overcome my battle with alcohol addiction. The gift of sobriety, cherished for over 35 years, became the bedrock for a life filled with growth and purpose. Life’s challenges—losing my ex-husband to addiction, raising two young children alone, and witnessing my mother’s decline from Alzheimer’s—tested my spirit. Yet, my unwavering faith and spiritual strength carried me through. I found the courage to start a new career after years at home with my children, and love blessed me again, allowing me to build a beautiful, blended family with our five children.

Guided by gratitude and faith, I embraced new adventures: launching a decorative painting business and embarking on a transformative journey into competitive bodybuilding. Each step revealed a deeper calling to serve others.

 

Today, I am passionate about sharing my story to inspire women to pursue their dreams and wellness goals, believing that with commitment and hope, anything is possible.
